Question 1: It seems that the British holiday favorite sponge pudding "Spotted Dick" was struggling in sales. Tesco, a large store did a survey to see why folks weren't chomping down their spotted dicks anymore, and what did they find out?

Question 3: You may know it by Spotted Dog or Plum Bolster but Spotted Dick is still Spotted Dick. The spotted part comes from the currants, raisins or fruit in the dough. Where does the other part come from?

Question 4: So how does it taste? We Americans bought the canned version, and followed the microwave diretions to the letter. Our version was like a bread pudding, with alot of carbohydrates (42g per serving). What was the pudding's most remarkable trait we noticed?
