I'll sing about festering lesions If they pay me

Question 1:  As a precursor to the modern infomercial, Lucky Strike cigarettes produced a 10 minute movie, with music performed by Frank Sinatra and Kay Kyser. Sinatra's TV show was sponsored by Chesterfield, but what brand did he smoke later in life?

 Chesterfield Lucky Strike
 Camel

Question 2: "Lucky Strike means fine tobacco. Yes, Lucky Strike means fine tobacco. So round, so firm, so fully packed, so free and easy on the draw." "We look inside this Lucky Strike cigarette, and there you see?"

 Tobacco A beef stick
 Cheese Whiz

Question 3: To fully understand some of the 'excitement and romance which are associated with tobacco," the movie shows us a tobacco auction re-enactment. Guess which company buys the best tobacco leaves, making the other guys use the harsh, yucky stuff?

Chesterfield cigarettes, of course! Lucky Strike, of course!
 Winston cigarettes of course!

Question 4: "So round, so firm, so fully packed, so free and easy on the draw. Every hour of every working day, 10 million Lucky's are made in Lucky Strike's Richmond plant alone. 10 million Lucky's per hour. So round, so firm, so fully packed......"

So why don't you buy some today? So free and easy on the draw

Question 5: What's going on? The Kay Kyser orchestra starts to play, the singer stands up, sings one line, then sits back down. Is this some sort of anti-smoking conspiracy, perpetrated by a looney left-winger musician?

I thought it was a really short song No, it's part of the Kay Kyser act
Yes, yes, stop the extremist agenda before it's too late!
